Rumors are that Kevin Nealon of "Saturday Night Live" fame is a Christian – but a "hands on" one.
Raised Catholic and graduating from Sacred Heart Academy in Connecticut, Nealon was often seen in the 1990s at meetings of The Hollywood Fellowship, a group designed to bring together people of faith in the Southland who worked in "the industry."
Now "Life After Fifty" magazine reports that the genial star was a stalwart this January at the 100th anniversary of The Midnight Mission, a ministry to Skid Row victims in downtown Los Angeles.
The musical show titled "From Holywood with Love" was hosted by Nealon in an attempt to "heal some of the pain" according to a mission director. This kind of Christianity benefits everyone.
